Campus Recruitment
Prephase:
Once the clients gives us the requirement, we would be concentrating on the
specific regions as required and identify the target group. Once the region and
target group is identified. We will be identifying the educational institutions
which would be best suited as per client specification. Educational Institutions
are identified after our indepth research on them and after a evaluation visit
to that respective institution. We also get the acceptance of the clients before
proceeding further with the recruitment.
Process Phase:
Once the educational institution is identified, we will be finalising the
dates for recruitment. If required, shortlisting of profiles would also be done
earlier to our visit. We would be also giving a preplacement lecture on our
client’s requirement followed by which we may shortlist the interested
candidates through our systematic selection process which includes, IQ Test,
Group discussion (Client specific) , HR Interview and Technical Interview
(client specific). The question papers for the written test can be also framed
by us if client wishes us to do so.
Post Phase:
Once we shortlisted the candidates for the clients, we will be lining up to
them at clients workplace or at our venue as per the client wish. The final
selected candidates (by the client) will be communicated and we ensure 99.99%
joining of the students. All the necessary post follow up would be carried out
continuously for yeilding high joining ratio.
Outcomes:
We also have a 360 degree feedback system where we get the feedback from
everyone who are involved in this recruitment process. We receive feedback from
the students who have been selected, Students who have been rejected, Staff
members of the educational institution, the college Management and of course our
prestigious clients about the entire process. This feedback is tabulated for the
results and outcomes.
Research:
We do analyse the results and outcomes of our recruitment process. We do SWOT
Analysis after each of our recruitment process so that we can continuously
improve our process at all levels as we always believe in Experiential Learning.
